The Wuxi Xin'gang Integrated Circuit Equipment and Components Industrial Park is emerging as a key hub for the semiconductor equipment sector. Combining research and development, production, office space, and supporting facilities, the comprehensive park features 11 R&D and manufacturing buildings, three talent apartment buildings, and one parking facility, offering companies complete infrastructure and services.
The park has attracted many companies in the integrated circuit equipment and core component sectors, including South Korea's Gigalane. According to Wang Qi, deputy general manager of Gigalane China, the company evaluated over 10 parks across Wuxi before selecting Xin'gang.

"This park best suits our needs," Wang noted. "With 7-meter floor heights, a load-bearing capacity of 3 metric tons, and a fully developed local supply chain, all necessary processes, including testing, can be completed within Wuxi National Hi-Tech District."
To date, over 20 competitive enterprises specializing in semiconductor equipment and components have set up operations in the park. Its occupancy rate soared to nearly 90 percent within just six months and reached nearly full capacity within a year.
The park is evolving into a builder of innovative ecosystems, expanding its role to include industrial investment and incubation services. In September 2024, the Wuxi Semiconductor Equipment and Key Components Innovation Center was established in the park.
Staffed by industry veterans with more than 20 years of experience in the mass production of semiconductor equipment and localized component manufacturing, the center focuses on market-driven product planning and targeted incubation.
